Return & Refund Policy

Valid Reasons for Refund or Exchange:

    • If the product is damaged at the time of delivery and opened in front of our delivery person, you are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange.

    • If the damage is significant and clearly visible, we offer a 200% refund as an apology.

  2. Wrong Item Delivered

    • If you receive a product completely different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  3. Missing Items

    • If any item is missing from your order, we will issue a 100% refund for that specific item.

Important Conditions:

  • All issues must be reported at the time of delivery or immediately after in the presence of our delivery person.

  • The product must be opened in front of the delivery person to claim eligibility.

  • If you’re unable to report the issue immediately, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

  • Items opened after the delivery person has left may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
